Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Junior Network Engineer to join our technical infrastructure team. This role is designed for a fresh graduate who possesses a strong theoretical foundation and practical, hands-on experience with networking and security technologies. You will work in a multi-vendor environment comprising Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Aruba, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise network.

Qualifications & Requirements
- * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- * Monitor network performance and integrity using diagnostic tools to ensure high availability.
- * Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity and performance issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- * Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper), VPNs, and access control lists.
- * Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- * Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams, IP address schemes, and hardware inventory.
- * Collaborate with the IT security team to identify vulnerabilities and perform necessary firmware updates/patches.
- * Support the setup and management of wireless infrastructure (Aruba, Fortinet).
