Job Description
We are seeking a qualified **Math Teacher for Grades 7 and 8** to join our team at the **South Mediterranean School**.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Math lessons for Grades 7–8.
- Teach and support students using Pearson and HMH curriculum materials.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and performance tracking.
- Maintain clear communication with students and parents/guardians in fluent English.
- Support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- Teaching experience (preferred) with Middle School Math (Grades 7–8).
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (essential for effective instruction).
- Strong understanding of middle school mathematics and lesson delivery.
- Ability to use curriculum resources (Pearson & HMH) effectively.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with student-centered teaching strategies, experience with differentiated instruction, and digital/interactive learning tools.
